Rail Pass Subscription Agreement

Program Overview

You can register any time during store hours at Xpress Tunnel Wash, 3201 Devils Glen Road, Bettendorf, or by using the form below. After completing the on line registration form you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please print the confirmation and bring it to the store. Xpress Tunnel Wash service personnel will install a Rail pass tag on your vehicle windshield. The Rail Pass wirelessly allows entry each time you visit Xpress Tunnel Wash. A onetime activation fee of $5.00 will be charged upon registration to activate the Rail Pass Tag. Xpress Tunnel Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time.

Tag Installation

The Rail Pass Tag will be installed by Xpress Tunnel Wash staff on the vehicle windshield. Upon cancellation of the membership please remove the Rail Pass Tag from the vehicle and dispose.

Tag Replacement

Removal of, or damage to, the Rail Pass Tag is likely to render it non-functional. If the tag is removed or damaged by the user Xpress Tunnel Wash will provide and install a replacement at a cost of $10.00, provided the subscription is paid through the billing period.

Benefit

This Rail Pass Subscription is for one vehicle, the vehicle registered here, and will provide washes for the full subscription period. Tampering of Rail Pass Tags, or transfer of a Rail Pass Tag to any other vehicle, will result in cancelation of all services, WITHOUT REFUNDS.

Payment

Xpress Tunnel Wash will charge your credit card each month, on the same day, until this Rail Pass Agreement is terminated according to the terms of this agreement.

In the event that your credit card expires, is cancelled, or is declined for any reason you shall promptly remedy the situation by providing Xpress Tunnel Wash with updated credit card information. Failure to do so permits Xpress Tunnel Wash to de-activate your Rail Pass Subscription. You also agree to waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of any related credit card charges. An expired Tag cannot be renewed. Any lapsed subscription, from non-payment or any other reason, requires a new tag and initiation fee.

Cancellation by Subscriber

All cancellations must be in writing either by (1) visiting Xpress Tunnel Wash office and completing a Cancelation Form, (2) e-mailing Xpress Tunnel Wash at info@XpressTunnelWash.com with your name, make and model of the car the Rail Pass number and reason for cancelling (3) completing the cancellation form on this website, XpressTunnelWash.com. Cancelations must be received no less than five (5) business days prior to the renewal date.
